Delivery
What are the delivery times?
The manufacturing times for your rugs are 1 to 4 working days . Once your order is ready, the delivery time depends on the chosen carrier:
- Colissimo (France) : 48 working hours
- Mondial Relay (France) : 3 working days
For international deliveries:
- Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands : approximately 4 working days
If you are in a hurry, do not hesitate to contact me so that we can make the best arrangements!
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we deliver to France , Germany , Belgium , Netherlands , Luxembourg , Spain , Portugal , Italy and Canada .
This list is not exhaustive, because these are our main customers. If your country does not appear in the list, contact us. We will surely be able to deliver to you :)
What are the delivery costs?
France
- Colissimo (home delivery): €6.90
- Mondial Relay (at a relay point): €4.90
Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands
- Home delivery: €15.90
Belgium and Luxembourg
- At a relay point: €8.90
Spain, Portugal, Italy
- At a relay point: €10.90
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow your package in real time.
Orders
How can I personalize my prayer mat?
When ordering, you can add first names or initials in the section dedicated to personalization. You also have the possibility to choose the color of the writing as well as the style .
If you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to fulfill your request!
Can I change my order after I place it?
If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to make the changes. Contact us quickly by email at contact@qalbia.com or on social networks @qalbia_fr.
Products and quality
What materials do you use for the rugs?
Our rugs are made with high quality materials, thick and soft for optimal comfort. The heart is hand-sewn guaranteeing a neat finish.
How do I maintain my prayer mat?
To preserve the quality of your rug, we recommend hand or machine washing at low temperature, without intensive spinning.
Return and Refund
Can I return a product?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return a product, as each item is personalized and made to order .
